TK Series Tank Glossy Wall Tile Collection | Made in Japan | TK01–TK05 For Sale

    $4.80 $6.00

A beautiful, durable tile choice — offered for sale at Ray Tile LLC.

Tank is a rectangular ceramic wall tile series from Ray Tile LLC designed around an elegant 1:1.5 length‑to‑width ratio, which is uncommon in tiles and instantly catches the eye. This proportion allows the tiles to be laid in stacked, brick bond or vertical patterns, always creating a visually balanced and quietly sophisticated wall surface.
The collection features a smooth, glossy glaze with soft edge shading that reflects light beautifully and adds a gentle sense of depth instead of a flat industrial finish. Cool, calm colour tones make Tank a perfect choice for contemporary homes, hospitality interiors and commercial spaces where a relaxed yet premium ambience is required.

    Design and colour options

Tank is available in five carefully selected shades so designers can move from light, airy schemes to dramatic feature walls within the same series.

TK‑01: Clean light tone that brightens compact kitchens, bathrooms and corridors.
TK‑02: Cool blue‑grey ideal for modern, minimal interiors.
TK‑03: Soft neutral with a delicate pastel feel, perfect for spa‑like bathrooms.
TK‑04: Refined grey that works as a versatile background for fixtures and décor.
TK‑05: Deep inky tone for high‑impact niches, borders or full accent walls.
Each colour shares the same smooth surface and subtle variation, allowing easy mixing of shades in patterns such as vertical stripes, checker layouts or colour‑blocked zones.

    Recommended applications

The Tank 147 × 97 × 8.0 mm wall tile is engineered for interior wall use and performs especially well in:

    • Kitchen backsplashes and countertops walls
    • Shower and bathroom walls
    • Vanity backdrops and mirror surrounds
    • Feature walls in living rooms, reception areas and cafes

The compact rectangular size makes it easy to follow corners, frames and small surfaces while keeping grout lines visually neat. Vertical stacking can visually increase ceiling height, while horizontal brick patterns help spaces feel wider and more relaxed.

Zoid Tapered Porcelain Wall & Floor Tiles | 108×60 mm & 227×60 mm | ZO/2 Series – Made in Japan For Sale

    $4.40 $5.50

A beautiful, durable tile choice — offered for sale at Ray Tile LLC.

    About the Zoid series

Zoid is designed as a “ceramic android” – a three‑dimensional tile that combines sharp geometry with soft, flowing glazes. The tapered bevel catches light and shadow, making walls and floors look more architectural compared to standard flat subway tiles.

The collection offers both classic neutrals and deep accent tones. Items like ZO2‑100 and ZO2‑200 bring clean white and soft beige, while ZO2‑500, ZO2‑600 and ZO2‑900 introduce dramatic green, brown and almost‑black glazes for bolder spaces. Matching flat tiles in the same colours are available for some codes, allowing combinations of relief and flat surfaces in one design.

    Formats and structure

Zoid comes in two main formats to fit different layout ideas:

    • ZOID I – Small flat tapered tile: 108×60 mm with a variable thickness of approximately 14.5 mm; about 135 pieces are needed per square metre, packed 108 sheets per case at around 20 kg.

    • ZOID II – Two‑piece taper tile: 227×60 mm with  14.5 mm stepped thickness; around 65 pieces per square metre and 54 sheets per case, also approx. 20 kg.

Each tile is made from porcelain (BI type) with a high‑quality glaze, and every batch is intentionally varied so no two pieces look exactly the same. Gentle iridescence may appear in certain colours, giving surfaces a subtle metallic glow.

    Applications and performance

Zoid is suitable for indoor walls and floors, bathroom floors, as well as outdoor walls and paved beds in climates requiring frost protection. The strong porcelain body and structured surface make it a good option for entrances, corridors and feature stairs when installed according to local standards.

For colours such as ZO‑500 / ZO2‑500 (Oribe green) and ZO‑600 / ZO2‑600 (Ame brown), acid washing should be avoided to preserve the depth and character of the glaze. During installation, the joints must be fully filled with adhesive and grout so that the joint depth is no more than half of the tile thickness.

    Important installation notes

Because Zoid tiles have pronounced bevels and non‑uniform glazes, slight differences in shape, colour width and surface texture are normal and part of the design concept. The “ant‑like” foot shape on the back aids adhesion, but joint material must be packed carefully to support the relief edges.

Iridescence, tonal variation and shadow lines will be more visible under grazing light; viewing physical samples in the actual project lighting is recommended before final selection.
